State Return is NOT Free as advertised

Patch took forever to download/no free state

It is frustrating and annoying to have to down load a patch each year. Very frustrating that I purchased federal with a free state efile, then it was trying to charge for the state and federal. I had to click on federal efile only to get the free efile for federal and I never got to use the free efile for one filing for the state.

TT makes it easy

Just answer the questions and TT fills in the forms. You can view the forms at any time during the process. Had to contact customer service and the call wasn't torture like some other services! Question resolved with one call, no forwarding of my call to another department.
