Still Going Strong!!

I have been using TurboTax for 8 years and have never had a problem. One year I did need to use the TurboTax help when moving between two states and one of them disputed their payment amount. I called TurboTax and two days later recieved word that everything was taken care of.

Problem with sending state form in.

Problem trying to enter my State form, when trying to pay 20,00 dollar fee, could not complete form or hit continue after filling out address and credit car information, your form was too large for my computer screen, could not see continue or OK at bottom of form, after trying three times just choice to do federal form, will try to tomorrow again to do state.

i've been using turbo tax for years. most often i'm confused because there is no clear answer to questions I might have. i wish turbo tax would use CLEAR verbage. everyone might understand so things better. the search panel is not so good in my opinion.

Very Good Product

When backing up a number of steps to an earlier topic, the product could be more user friendly if it could store the user's original answers and then skip forward to where the user left off (began backing up) without forcing the user to step forward and again answer questions previously answered.
