TurboTax is pretty good

the tax software itself is pretty easy to use. the expert advice or help options are not what the adavertise - neither is the misleading "processing fee" at the end - be careful!! To avoid this BS - pay by CC.

For the most part I love Turbotax

We normally use the online version but decided to use the downloaded one this year, but this is the very first year that I have had issues with the software when it came to obtaining the information from my financial advisor. It claimed something was wrong, I contacted my advisor and they walked me through how what they had was in fact accurate but I could not enter or fix it.

Turbo Tax Makes All the Difference

Once again Turbo Tax made filing my taxes a relatively painless experience. One small problem near the end was that it asked me to suggest numbers for lines on forms which I didn't have in front of me, so I had no idea how I should respond. I ended up looking at my printout of last year's taxes in order to figure out what to suggest.

Easy to do Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for years. The program walks you through everything and if you don't know something it will explain it to you and you can search if you need a form explained. I will continue to use in the future.
