Great product! Fairly quick and very easy to use. Little confusion about Form 1095A questions but called our Ins. Co and they said our insurance wasn't part of the Affordable Care Act.

False claims... Your experts are lacking, your programs are not user friendly if your return is uncommon. And to retrieve old files is impossible.

Easy to file with TurboTax

My experience with Turbotax was great except for one problem. I closed my online business in mid 2019 and the turbotax deluxe kept asked me questions about a Schedule C when I marked zero income for 2020. I had to delete that section in order to file my taxes online.

Have been using Tax for many years. Last year the printing and filing was totally FUBAR. Almost changed providers, glad I didn't.

I love being able to switch back and forth between Easy Step and IRS forms. And the tax form check for errors took me to forms I didn't even know I needed to do.

Your Illinois software has a bug in it that wasn't there last year. My pension appeared properly on line 5b in my Federal return but it was not deducted from my Illinois AGI as it should have been.
