Turbo Tax does NOT import prior tax years in 2020

Turbo Tax does NOT import prior tax years in 2020 - no apparent way to do this nor did it ask me if I wanted to import a prior tax year
For that reason even after using T-Tax for 10 years I will NOT use it next year

Not Getting Any Email Updates from Turbo Tax

I've used TT for many years and have always received emails stating that my returns have been filed. This year, 2020 Taxes, I've not received any emails at all. My status has been telling me 'Pending' and to wait for 48 hours. Today is the fifth day after filing...

Turbo Tax works just fine.

The filling out of information and actual use of Turbo Tax works very smoothly. The problem is with the page where you enter payment info for credit card payment for e-filing of the state return. The page is large and will not scroll up to finish filling it out. I had to spend the extra $40.00 from my refund in order to get the state return e-filed.
