Problem with Entering Property Taxes

Have used TurboTax for many years and never had a problem - this year was a real mess. I could not enter my property tax payment in Step-by-Step screen for some reason. Based on Internet Search results, this is a known problem and Intuit has chosen not to fix it. I own a home and pay property taxes directly to the County Tax Assessors office. I no longer have a mortgage and thus do not receive a Form 1098 - TurboTax does not seem to know how to handle this tax payment situation.

Not very good this year

This is the first time that this program had not had the online tax program ready when I had received all my proper forms. I still have not received confirmation that the IRS has received my tax documents. I filed them almost two weeks ago.

Pretty good but not complete

I have been using Turbo tax for years. It has always been reliable. However, since moving to South Carolina I noticed that the state software does not support all of the forms. I have to complete them manually and attach to the return. Since I am paying extra for the state it should include all state forms.
