Problems reentering redundant data

It is very irritating to enter banking information which is already stored from last year. Not only that, but entering it multiple times. Same goes for Drivers license info.

Turbo tax gets you the most!

I found turbotax easy to use as always. I've been using it for 10 years and have loved since then. My only critique would be when you get to the end and have to pay for the State return the page is hard to navigate because it doesn't have a reduction symbol at the top right hand corner. Because of this I couldn't advance the page because the continue button could not be read or clicked on. Therefore I had to call one of your people (Kerrigan in Memphis, Tn. and have her help me pay by phone. This was a longer delay than I might have thought. Luckily Kerrigan was a lively conversationalist and she also liked my joke.
Anyway...I think that part of the program needs work.
