Been using TurboTax for decades and continue to rely on its ease and completeness. This year was no exception -- led me through new areas I hadn't used before (as I near retirement) and it answered my questions with its comprehensive Help center.

Great product

Overall I am very pleased with the product. I have been using it for years. The one improvement (and I'm not sure if the issue is on my end) is to either have the circle spinning or say please wait when installing. It says 100% done but then I wait and wonder if I should hit enter or keep waiting for the program to respond.

Every year I buy the product and am supposed to get a free state Tax return and every year I have to pay to file my state return. Will consider a different product next year.
