Website needs clarity

I have used TurboTax for years but it NEVER updates the account automatically. I have to fill in everything each year. ALSO why will it not print the direct deposit info for IRS even though I do not owe taxes nor have a refund coming...... IRS uses this info for Covid and I have to wait for a check / debit card ....

Havital Was Supurb! Software needs as assist

Arizona has a tax credit program which can offset 100% of state tax owed. It is very difficult to access that part of the software. I spent 2 hours and 6 minutes with Havital. I told her she had more patience with me than any five people I could think of. I change that statement to 8 or 9 people. I have filed, printed and have confidence that all is OK. I got my 100% tax credit. This is my ninth time going through this exercise. Please make it obvious as to how to access this part of he return. It is not INTUITive

Does well at taxes

TurboTax always works well with taxes. But this year, I ran into some "gotchas". When I first installed it, I had problems getting it to run and accept my activation code. Turns out a new security program I installed a few weeks ago was killing it, but I wasn't getting any messages. Then it gave me errors because a W-2 had "X"s instead of a full SSN. And it removed leading zeros from an account number and just said the account number I entered didn't match the one from last year. These are things they should document. I spent a couple hours on the phone hashing this stuff out.
