Needs some changes to be clear for all users

Everything was good until the final Federal filing page. This page asked for a 2020 E-Pin with absolutely no instructions on what it was or what it was for! I might not have had a problem, except I also happen to be one of the millions of identity theft victims and had received an IRS IP PIN. I find the lack of explanatory information a TOTAL FAIL. I had to call Turbo Tax and not one of the staff knew what this PIN was for! I had to ask to talk to someone higher up the food chain. They did call me back and tried to explain that changes had been made. I could see that. However, document your changes for us, please!

Error 1603 - Microsoft Installer error

I could not correct the Microsoft Installer Error code 1603. I had to uninstall the Turbo Tax file and re-install it. Also, forcing the user to check for updates is not an improvement.
