A couple of bugs

This year, Turbo Tax insisted on providing a Stimulus subsidy credit for my deceased mother. That was bug #1. Bug #2, I initially put Donald's name on my 1099NEC. Tried to change it, but it kept Donald on all schedules. So I deleted all and started over. Still the system put Donald on - even when I indicated from inception that Debra was the owner of the business.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 Years, and would not use any other Tax program because Turbo Tax is so easy and fast.. Great Product, keep it going!!

Wow I am so impressed with TurboTax, I have used them for over 7yrs and am extremely satisfied. This is the first time I ran into a problem with my tax preparation. I called was assigned to a tax preparer and she was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied. Keep up the goods work.

I would have liked to have a 1040-ES for 2021 and don't understand why I don't. A refund for 2020 does not eliminate the requirement for quarterly payments on taxes for this year.

Happy with Turbo Tax

Overall I am happy with Turbotax. I have some tax prep experience, so I choose where I want to go. It would be helpful from the Return view, if the backup for amounts was easily accessed to make changes, rather than going through the entire process for that section to make a change. For example, when I wanted to change my self employment insurance amount, I had to figure out where that was entered before I could make the change.
