VERY BUGGY PROGRAM THAT KICKED ME OUT DOZENS OF TIME. DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN LATEST UPDATES. REQUIRED ME TO REENTER DATA REPEATEDLY. POOR QUALITY.

Tricky Download - Smooth Process Otherwise

Purchased the product in November and received the key via e-mail. When I went to download the executable, I had to end up calling TurboTax Support. The support person was wonderful but agreed that the process to secure the download was complicated. Once downloaded and installed the actual processing of the return was simple. Good program.
