I have used turbo tax for many years, with great results. I only gave it 4 stars this year because the program did not recognize my return from last year, requiring me to enter a lot of info that use to transfer.

Intuit Website Issues

Software is ok, but I couldn't efile the state return because the Intuit website REFUSED to accept my credentials, even after resetting my password TWICE!!!! Ended up just printing it and filing it by snail mail. Get your website fixed please!!!!!!

Used TurboTax for Years

We've used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been pleased. My returns are fairly basic and I've never had to look for additional assistance. It's easy to use and I've recommended it to anyone looking to do their taxes. It's terrible to have to pay a preparer when you can follow the questions and do it yourself with Turbo Tax.
