Turbo Tax is great, but?

Turbo Tax is a very good product, easy to use, and informative, but can be frustrating at times as it asks for you to sign in time and time again. If you add something to your purchase, you have to sign in, type all your personal info in 2 times and then put the info from your credit card in. If you then pay for the state return to be filed, you have to go thru that whole process all over again. It should have all that info once you sign onto Turbo Tax. Please make Turbo tax a little better by doing that. It will take the 4 stars to 5 stars.
