Turbo Tax is overall user friendly.

The product works great for the Federal return but the Colorado return was confusing since I have an enterprise zone credit. Kept getting an error message when there was no error?? Also, confusion as to which documents to e-file with the State.

Screen Resolution ISSUES!

Everything I tried to do....Put in the SN number at the beginning....File the taxes. I had to change the screen resolution several times in order for the software to accept my entries. All years past, I have never had these issues. Very disappointed this year.
