Customer service was great and helpful. I really wish there was a way turbotax could all be online on a website or something. Downloading and installing always takes forever and your computer has to be set up 'just right' to let it install. So annoying.

Turbo Tax does the trick

Turbo Tax seemed to get more complicated

I had a difficult time this year because it seemed to get more difficult. Took me much longer to fill out this year. I also can't understand why you keep asking to fill out my state tax when the program I purchased did not include state taxes. Florida does not have to file. I would prefer not to get any communications.

TurboTax is Still Awesome

Same as the past 10 years, easy and thorough. Intuitively dictates what you need to fill-in but also gives you the option to view all options. The only complaint is the $300 extra deduction for charitable donations with Standard Deduction. That was not clear to me and I had to investigate. Would have been nice to put some note in the review table rather than have that as a pop-up later on. But that only cost me 5 minutes to figure it out.
