First Time User of Turbo Tax

The tutorial was very complete as it took you through all the different sections. Had to use the search function several time and used the Jump To function as well.....had several new forms and was uncertain as to where to insert the information. Was very satisfied!!!

Was not able to complete my School Income Tax form. Turbo Tax would not recognize the School Tax that was withheld from my weekly paycheck.

While this software works just fine, think the fee for e-filing the state return should be dropped altogether.

I have been using turbo tax over 20+ years & it has always come through. It is very user friendly & it has answers to all questions that have come up. I am very happy to use Turbo Tax and have recommended it to others. Just for the record I have used both the CD & downloads and both have come thru for me.
