Quality is Slipping...Fast...

You need better programmers developing your product. You've also cut corners on the trouble-shooting functionality for each section. Your software has become glitchy. I had to read online forums on how to get it to accept my mortgage interest as a deduction. You better correct these problems or I will use another product in the near future, which would be unfortunate since i have been using TT since its conception...

Both Federal and State are rejected!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is frustrating, annoying, irritating! I have fixed my returns twice and they keep getting rejected. I hope TurboTax returns my money. Turbotax is getting worse!

Easy and Quick

I've used Turbo Tax since the early '90s. For my situation there's no better or faster way to do my taxes. The thing I like the most is that Turbo Tax asks me only the questions I need to answer so I don't have to navigate through the entire tax world to ensure I've covered everything. I'm usually finished in < 3 hours.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

A. Turbo Tax account information, name and password NEVER work, year after year for myself or my family (3 family members) NOR friends whom use the service.
B.Also object to re-entering information like routing number and account number especially since your service seems to be the only one that cannot get the numbers correctly.
C. Is there anything in Turbo Tax that DOES NOT HAVE A 50 PAGE PLUS WAVIER DOCUMENT TO SIGN TO COVER YOURSELF AGAINST THE CUSTOMER?
