Turbo Tax is Great!

I have found that the software is user friendly. So easy to use and understand when questions need to be answered. The assistance and help are awesome. So glad the software is available for download. Don't have to watch CDs clutter the closet.

Turbo Tax was a great help to me since it was very easy to understand. All you need to do follow the guide and prepare the paperwork as needed, walaa its done correctly.

Does the job

Entered info and submitted taxes. It asked questions about RMDs for my pension which didn't make sense to me, but looked this up in help and the explanation was easily found so I could move forward. I was happy that I am now able to claim the indiana unified tax credit for the elderly on the IT40 form and submit electronically. Past years I had to mail a separate form.

My tax returns are still "pending". What is TurboTax doing about it? I'd like to think there would be some follow up communication from TurboTax. It's my last year with TurboTax

Display Resolution Glitches

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and this year the core functionality of the product was smooth and met expectations. But, any process that required the product to need to connect through its own browser session was a failure. This included product registration and to processing the payment for state filings. To complete the processes we had to modify the computer's display resolution. It took several days of searching community forums to find this work-around. When I was searching for the solution it did not seem to be within Intuit hosted resources. Overall product experience was degraded by a preventable technical glitch.
