Turbo Tax STATE filing forces one to pay

It does not allow the option to print STATE to mail. It forces me to E-file it with cost which sucks!!

Turbo tax is user friendly and dependable

I've used turbotax for years now, and have never been disappointed. The questions are easy to answer, and the progression through the return makes sense. I like a lot about the program, but the cadence of the workflow and the risk assessment once complete are my favorite items.
