Turbo tax takes the anxiety out of completing tax forms. I feel secure in knowing that I am submitting tax information accurately and getting all of the deductions possible.

My W2 that was transferred in had all but the last 4 digits as an X. But all I kept getting was "your w2 ssn doesn't match". But it didn't say which one or how. I have more than one W2. It would have been nice if it showed the error like it does for all other errors. It was like playing master mind. A pure guessing game.

Easy to use product

I have been using this product for many years. It is super easy to use, no matter which tax product you use. However, I have to deduct one star as they charged me $60 just to file my state return! And the state product was included - really??
