TurboTax Makes it Easy

As a military retiree I received a form 1095-B instead of a 1095-A. I couldn't find a way to enter this alternative form. It was difficult to enter my WI estimated payments. I had to search the forms for the right place. I did not recognize a way to get help.

Worked perfectly until I had to pay the filing fee

Product worked as it should until I wanted to pay the state filing fee with a credit card. After hours of frustration, I finally read online that in order for the next screen to load properly, I had to change my screen resolution. WHAT??? Why would you sell a product that only works under a specific screen resolution??? In the end, I got my taxes filed, but it ended up being extremely frustrating.
