Additional Fees?

The software was easy to use but the filing fees and guarantee fee were a surprise. I bought the software for $40 and then to have an additional $60 tacked on at the very end felt sketchy. I would rather have know I had state fees and e-filing fees up front. That soured the experience.

Wouldn't use another

I've used TurboxTax to complete my taxes for more than 6 years now. The platform is user friendly and a all around perfect service for completing personal taxes. I wouldn't consider using another platform for my tax needs.
