Seemed to work fine overall. I purchased via the download method. Software seemed to be accurate with exception of referring to block 14 on federal Form 1099-R. There is no block 14 on the 2020 form. It is now in block 12.

I have used TurboTax since 2004. Had a problem this year with a "phantom" W2 that appeared during a final review before filing. Couldn't get past it. Called the help line and was connected to a tax expert within about 1-2 minutes. Shared the screen and managed to resolve the issue quickly (5 minutes or less) and successfully filed my returns. Excellent support!!!!!

What happened?

I have purchased and used turbotax every year since 2005. Got all the CDs to prove it. Things have always gone smooth until this year. It took me over an hour to get from the payment selection page, which had no clear cut route to using a credit card, to making a credit card payment on the IRS web site. I then had to use the I'll send a check later answer to be able to e-file my return.

I PAID $69.00 FOR 2020 TURBO TAX AND I HAD TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THE INSTALL CODE THAT THEY SENT ME WOULD NOT LET ME INSTALL IT. TODAY WHEN I DID MY TAXES TUBO TAX HIT ME UP FO ANOTHER $20 PLUS TAX BEFORE I COULD E FILE. I MAY START USING ANOTHER
