Complicated taxes....world class help!

There were so many things done wrong by so many people (such as the incorrect W-2 that my employer refused to correct!), I was totally paralyzed by confusion. TurboTax staff spent a lot of time talking to me, sorting out the mess, helping me develop a plan of action, providing phone numbers for IRS offices. It took a year, thanks to Covid, but today I finally got my taxes sent off to IRS. I can't believe how much excellent, spot on, personal, and really nice help I got from TurboTax staff. THEY ROCK!
