I was finishing my returns today and had one more question so I called the Questions line. There was a very short wait time but when she answered she took me through and I am now an EARLY BIRD. Thanks to Turbo Tax.

Using Turbotax for last 5-years or more

It's very simple input for the tax (majority it's copied from previous year tax file) ..just enter current year information and in two minutes it's shows mistake or may be required to update old information. We really appreciated

Still Cumbersome

The software certainly has its glitches. I found it difficult to make some changes that needed to be made, and I found it EXTREMELY difficult to pay for the electronic filing of my state return. Some improvements need to be made.
