I had an issue with Turbotax updates failing and spoke with James. He was patient, he had a ton of experience to offer for my situation, and he stayed on the phone with me every step of the way to make sure I was able to submit my returns!

I have used Turbo Tax for years, at times handling my personal Tax returns as well as up to 3 small company's that I owned. Never had a single tax problem and always felt that I received every tax rake that I was qualified for.

Once you are able to get in it is great!
