TurboTax is so easy to use from year to year. It compares last year to this year so you can get an idea where you are at and what you put last year. Helps me to remember all the things from last year.

Good but not excellent, like 2019 and earlier

Overall, I'm happy with TurboTax and have been using it for almost 20 years.
But there was a software glitch that delayed my 2018 refund, and this year I had spend about two hours to manually search for and install a software update when my first attempt at eFiling didn't work. I'm sure Intuit has done very well, in terms of net profit with TurboTax over the years, so I would appreciate next year and beyond not having these software issues to deal with. Thanks for reading my comments.

I have been using Turbo Tax exclusively for years, I could find other ways to file my taxes that might be cheaper or even free, but my confidence is worth the small prices of the purchase. I recommend Turbo Tax often, it's a solid service at an amazingly low price.

My only comment is to add more tutorial or guidance for home energy upgrades on primary residence with solar panels and battery storage. The options noted in the software is not specific enough.
