Garbage this year!

Had a looping problem at the end, would not allow e-file. Had massive problems!! trying to download their manual update file CORRUPTED the whole file. Turbo Tax no longer functioned. Had to download and purchase another Turbo Tax Deluxe due to issue with the original disc being at another family members house,.. complicated. But non-the-less, garbage! This is the first year I've ever had a problem with Turbo Tax, but this one takes the cake. The program didn't work, I'd say that's ultimate failure. There's all kinds of info about this on the web, look it up yourself.

Would like to see a 'print out' of the pages as I go instead of after Filing at the end. I had a lot of issues this year - loading the disc on my iMac... tried to go back to the health insurance document and was not able to ...

Your software seems to be instructed to remember everything about us - until it comes to filing the return. Why do I need to input the same DL number, the same date of issue and expiration date, the same bank information, the same account and routing number as last year - again and again. Isn't your smart software suppose to eliminate the redunacy?

I've used Turbo Tax for years, as have multiple family members. We trust the program and always feel secure in the knowledge that our returns are accurate and complete. I cannot recommend this product enough!
