easy to install

easy to file and add info but when it comes time to file, I have trouble with state filing, try to pay by credit card and can't enter card info. I now go back and file federal now try to pull up state and I keep getting file Fed. had almost the same thing last year. it seams if I don't pay the 20 plus tax from the refund I can't file state at same time as fed. I do not want to take it from the refund. I want to pay by credit card and that is when the problem starts I will keep trying because I want to file state by e file but like year and the year before I end of filing my mail. I though filing state with turbo is free. but I will pay the 20$ if I can get my credit info recorded.

it is easy to use. it includes both federal and state tax return for free, and free efile for federal and only charge $20 for state efile.
