Turbo Tax is great.

Turbo Tax is great and easy to use. This is the second year I use this program! I should of started a long time ago instead of paying someone a lot of money to do the same thing.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It is easy to follow and always includes great informative explanations if help is needed. The Error Check is an excellent feature and finds any mistakes before the filling step.

Average with issues during the filing process

OK up until the point where filing occurred. Unclear if I ended up with Audit Defense. I declined it, and yet still had to enter the information. Also unclear if my wife's drivers' license information will be accepted. She renewed in October 2020 but has not received the new one yet. Unknown if the issue date will be accepted.

Started using TurboTax to file a few years ago. The price is good for the software. It walks you through each tax area step by step. It is very easy to use and keeps getting better every year.
