Difficult to Load

I had a terrible time loading the software on my apple computer. It took me three tries, but once I found it (which was not easy) everything else was fine and went by smoothly.

Had a problem with transmission.

I have used turbotax for 20 plus years and never had a problem. This year i had a problem e-filing my return. It kept telling me it would not transmit without an update, got out of program and got back in nothing. Had to search online for a fix. I really just got lucky and found one. Not impressed. I hope in the future you can do a better job letting people know on your website there is a problem.

2020 Turbo Tax Deluxe is terrible

I have been using Turbo Tax for many tears. 2020 is extremely difficult. Before transmitting, I wanted to go back to enter my Fed provided Identity Protection Personal Identification Number. It took a long time and a lot of button pushing to get there. Also, when saving for the first time, I decided to protect the file and give it an access code. After that, many times I tried to save the file and got a message that it could not be saved. All in all 2020 Turbo Tax is not user friendly.
