2020 Turbotax; handling of RMD's not up to par

Turbotax generally good...have been using it for years. This year the handling of the suspended RMD's for IRA's was very confusing as presented in the software.

TurboTax is the only software I will ever use. I've used it over many years and love it. I will not pay $100's of dollars to have someone else give me my own money.

Product keeps freezing

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year was the first that I've had any problems at all. No problem with the actual tax forms once I was able to move from the Activation screen by changing the resolution to 800x600. It was only through an internet search that I was able to find the workaround that appears to be due to newer laptops (purchased after 11/2020). The second hang up came when I was attempting to pay using my credit card. The continue button didn't work. Again, the internet provided the answer I needed. (Right click on TT logo & select Run as Administrator. Looking at the comments, both of these are known issues to Intuit, but It doesn't appear they've been resolved. I, and I'm sure all the others who will use this product this year, would greatly appreciate these bugs being fixed.

Used this product for many years.... has always worked flawless.... this year problem with transmitting of report.... although followed instructions found online .... had to delete program and reload. Worked second time around... wasted an hour of my time... thats why only 4 *
