Turbo Tax remains Easy Peasy

The Turbo Tax software anticipates questions and has balloon boxes to address them. Should you need additional information, you can speak with an individual.

Turbo Tax is Wonderful

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and I've never been disappointed. A lot of calculations occur behind the scene which makes the process very easy to understand. Of course you can got take a peek at the calculations if you are bored or really want to understand how the numbers are arrived at. I love the fact that it pulls the previous year's data from last years return.

Fix your state I.D. # issue

every year I use your software. and every year I get caught in a circular loop of trying to e-file my taxes and it has issues with my employers state I.D. number. and then I find out its not even necessary to have this number . so remove this from the form so I don't have to spend 45 min. of re-entering to same numbers and fighting with this program to somehow..(I have no Idea) it finally accepts it.

it's still reliable as it was many years ago, but there should be more links to helpful easily understood information for new things that are added to tax laws.

Great for Federal and state

Federal and state were easy but my school district tax is still very confusing and I couldn't figure out how to fill that out in turbo tax
