I had some issues with updates not loading this year. I've never experienced that before and I've used Turbo Tax for many years with complete satisfaction. I bought the Deluxe for 2020. I finally got an update today after two weeks of trying everyday and I was able to finally e-file.

Have been using Turbo Tax for 20 plus years. Feel very comfortable that all calculations are correct. Remembering that all tax preparation is only as good as the information entered. Walking me through every question is a sure help!
