Won't transfer It's Deductible, Can't get old return to open without a password I never selected. Traps filer to pay $20 to file State return.

Very easy to use, and I appreciate the fact that it matches all the data entry numbers you input to check for accuracy. Thorough and well thought out. The only knock is the number of updates it goes through before you use it each time.
