Every year Turbo Tax makes filing taxes as simple as possible. I don't feel worried I missed anything and have never had an issue with my filings. I don't have to follow up with anyone, I just sit down with my paperwork and key in everything as requested.

The reason I use Turbo Tax, even though I no longer itemize, is that I have other issues to deal with - by walking me thru the different options / categories, I am comfortable I have not missed anything. It is worth the cost!

Recommend that you have more help in the deduction area - I had to go else where to find how much I could deduct for PPE made for front line workers.
