Gotta love TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years after trying to do a rather complicated return by hand and calculating that I owed the IRS lots of $. I invested in the software that year, entered the data into TurboTax....... obviously I had done something wrong on the manual return (but who knows where it was). I ended up getting a refund. Turbo Tax is just great - you enter the W2's, etc. and answer the questions.... I have the software walk me thru every question :) So worth the $. Piece of mind is everything

I find every year the program gets easier to review, go back, correct etc The only confusion is in the Affordable Care Act section. I have the TRICARE program through the VA for which I pay nothing. This confuses the program. Should be a section where you select VA Benefit at no cost and it moves on. Also: there was no section (that I could find) where you entered state tax advance payments for 401k distributions.

Turbotax is very good however ...

TurboTax Deluxe Federal and State but do not like NOT being to print my State Return.
Also when I go to 'let me know when ready to Print," I get " no product was selected." When there are nothing to select! Again NO WAY TO PRINT STATE FORMS for safe keeping!

COMPLETED FED FILING BUT EXPERIENCED ANXIETY IN E-FILING THE STATE RETURN. EVENTUALLY MAILED THE STATE RETURN DUE TO CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.
