Efficient Filing

The software was easy to use but I encountered a bug. Downloading my income data got stuck in a loop saying all worked well but asking again for my login information for my bank

Every year I use Turbo Tax Deluxe (since 1989) an I am alway charge for my State return. When will there be a year that state tax will be free to fill. I have been using this program since 1986.

Too clunky and Poor Integration

The application is clunky - needs some UI updates regarding flow. The It's Deductible online doesn't import into TurboTax that has been downloaded onto a Mac (requires special key access, which is almost impossible to get to without having to rekey. It should be so much easier. Instead, I had to retype everything into the application and i couldn't even add the few items that i had to personally set the value for unless i wanted to enter each item as a separate charitable deduction.) Make it easier guys and fix the integration issue. It shouldn't be that hard!

This is the only time when I felt OK with every question asked. If I didn't understand the question I could always click the Learn More button. It took a few hours but I was relieved that confidently answered every question and understood what was being asked. Way easier than any question and answer session with accountants!
