turbo tax is awesome used it for years

Turbo tax is easy to use. The program talks you through until the end and then reviews it and if there are any questions they have you go back and check it. The help button is a big help if you don't understand what it is asking.

Customer Service: I have been using TT for many years I always buy both the federal and 1 state version. Why did you charge me an additional 20$ to file my state taxes via e-file?
