So easy and accurate!

I filed early to correct our direct deposit information so we could get our stimulus payment!
All necessary information was already in Turbo Tax making it reassuring that Intuit is on top of any changes.

I have been using Turbo Tax for year. THAT IS OVER

Not only did not make any sense based on what input. The only guarantee is that I got nowhere near what I should have gotten and they continually gave opposing reasons why I didn't qualify for a number of circumstances. I had everything ready. This should have taken 30 minutes tops! I began to wonder why TT seemed to be trying to work against me!!! I feel I have recommended it to so many family and friends for all these years. It would not allow me to change my mistakes but instead led me downhill for2days of more and more destruction! Not surprised name Disgusted was already taken.

I give the woman that helped me today the highest praise possible. All I will say is this: remember what it was like to be a small child, and when things were just too much, mom picked you up and carried you. I was carried today and am so grateful.
