Turbotax is a Good Program but . . .

The Turbotax program has been a consistent and is easy to use tax filing program for many years. However, in an effort to encourage customers to utilize the web based format, the Intuit website makes it increasingly difficult to locate and download the program. Unfortunately, the way the website is designed creates a very frustrating experience for customers who prefer to download the software. This negative experience with the Intuit website has occurred for the past several tax years and should be needs to be addressed.

Easy, comprehensive entering. Even when returns were more complex. Keep it as cheap as possible so EVERYONE can use it!
