turbo tax is good

Everything went well this year, but we needed a phone number to talk to somebody when we had questions. You also should tell us where to go within TurboTax to fix problems, instead of showing it on the completed tax form. That doesn't help me. You really should be more clear on whether or not you needed to put the stimulus money in. You said we wouldn't lose money if we reported it, but I lost $800.00 by reporting mine. Otherwise we really enjoy Turbo tax. Thanks. :>)

Why go anywhere else for your taxes?

I have been using Turbo Tax since it started and have absolute confidence in the product they provide. I even took it to an outside tax service once to make sure I wasn't missing anything. It matched up perfectly with my Turbo Tax return. Why go anywhere else?
