I would give it five if I didn't have trouble this year with accepting my $20 payment to file my state return. Hopefully they fix it before April 15th.

Needed form not included

In the final review I was told that form 4970 was required for my return, but this form is not included in the Deluxe version. My option to buy the Pro version at a very high cost was unacceptable to me. My situation (having Trust accounts, having inherited Trust accounts) is not unusual and the form should be included. Probably will not use TurboTax next year.

Every Year - Same Issues - Nothing Fixed

Forms printed that weren't requested.
Very difficult to check Married Filing Separately and Married Filing Jointly (including state) - MUCH easier to give up and start from scratch with 3 returns to compare.
And, same-OLD sayings about it taking longer to load than expected, year-after-year.
