Why say Turbotax is free if it obviously isn't? I do not like TurboTax and wish there was a better way to complete my taxes. Please do not advertise free if it isn't...

I've been a Turbo Tax user for several years now. In the past there were a few questions I had due to lack of understanding the wording. This year I had no issues at all. Thank you for making this awful year easy to end!
