disappointed, misleading

I sign up for e file but was given
a download software but it said I could e file but at the end of doing my taxes I wasn't able to e file. had to print and mail and was charged for e filing other than that I was satisfied with the service

The product and updates arrived in a timely manner. Was able to complete my return quickly once I received all my financial paperwork from employers and banks.

TT Deluxe 2020 Very Frustrating

It will not let me opt out of Audit Defense. Only is to pay for with credit card or deduct cost from refund. I have tried and tried and tried to opt out but found now to remove Audoit Defense from my e-file return!!

TurboTax Calculated Taxes Owed Incorrectly

Just got a notice from the IRS that I underpaid my taxes. In addition to the additional tax owed (which the IRS is correct) I owe penalties and interest as well on the late amount. In reviewing the work, I looked at my Taxable Income and went to the IRS tables for calculating taxes. Turns out, TurboTax incorrectly calculated the amount I owe. I have already paid for my 2020 version of TurboTax and will double check the tax calculation even though I shouldn't have to do that. Additionally, may be time to move to another product as this is the simplest part of a tax return, taking the taxable amount, multiplying it by the appropriate percentage and deducting the amount noted in the tax table. Sorely disappointed in how this came out.
