Needs more clarifaction of information

some sections are not clearly stated with a accurate explaination. the civiil service section line 2 is confusing as to dates and amount that is required to be entered.

Found turbo a lot harder to use this year than in the past 10 years.
Had to contact an expert at turbo tax. Her name was Cathy and she was great she deserves 5 Stars.
