i was on the phone for about an hour altogether. I had a glitch in my program but the agent was very patient and helped me.

Turbotax hasn't integrated Covid 19 tax rules

If you took a Covid 19 related distribution the system will not allow you to designate the reason for the distribution and will incorrectly try to make you pay the early withdrawal penalty

Easy to navigate through he different categories to get it done.
One criticism is it is difficult to apply any refund to your next years taxes. Never could find a way to do it for the state return

Great Product used for years but could be enhanced

Would love to be able to take a picture of my W2's with my phone saved in my tubo tax account and be able to be use in computer version. It would something like. Login using a mobile W2 app that just takes a picture of the W2's converts the info into the W2 form and saves it. Then be able to import that into the PC version.
