Turbo Tax is user-friendly. You can do your taxes yourself at your convenience. It takes you step-by-step until your return is complete. You work on your tax prep at your own pace: stop at any time, save the information and come back. Turbo Tax warns you for possible errors or inconsistencies. It's cheap to do/file your taxes using Turbo Tax. I simply love it!

Mysterious form population

Forms populated that shouldn't have. I went back and kept answering "No" and it kept populating Federal Carryover forms showing that refund withheld from 2019 to pay for taxes due this year. This was not true, I paid cash for state taxes owed last year. Not sure how it kept adding my tax liability to taxes paid this year.

I am a retired Accountant. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and always found the program easy to use, accurate, and Fast to complete both my Federal and State tax returns each year. I relied on Turbo Tax. Thank you, Turbo Tax!!
