Very poor

I have to activate it more than once on the computer. If I shut the computer off for a day or two then come back to work on my return or a family member's return I have to reactivate the software. I had the same problem last year so this year I'm trying different laptops and its even worse.

Turbo tax had good experience.

I was worried because there was a issue where it wouldn't let me claim my child correctly but and update to turbo tax fixed the issue.

Easy to use

Been using Turbo tax deluxe for a few years now, never had an issue. Its always easy to use, just have all your paperwork ready including drivers license and bank routing number.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Had difficulty with turbotax this year

It was difficult to enter in 1098T and 1099Q information this year - questions were skipped for one child on books/room/board. 1099Q was submitted for 1 child but somehow saved under other child's heading. Unemployment form 8615 did not calculate correctly. Had to go into form and click on other forms before it recalculated correctly.
